They help save time, reduce workload, and improve business efficiency without hiring full-time staff.
The process of hiring employees, whether virtual or in-house, requires a lot of time and effort. Some of the tasks we handle include advertising across multiple sites and screening applicants, reference checking, and ensuring payroll and HR requirements are met without any need for you to do any of the work.
To hire a virtual assistant, define your tasks, set a budget, and choose a reliable provider like VAssistme or a freelance platform that matches your requirements.
Look for a provider with proven experience, flexible pricing, and strong communication systems to ensure reliable remote support.
When you hire a VA, you need to allow time for paperwork preparation and contract preparation, but this typically takes about 24 hours. After the paperwork is completed and the first invoice is paid, your Virtual Assistant can start working.
You will be better off finding the right VA if you can be as concise as possible with your list of tasks and responsibilities the VA will have, as well as experience and skills you feel are needed to accomplish those tasks.
For our contractors to be successful, they must have access to a secure, reliable Internet connection as well as a computer that meets our computer requirements. Ideally, they should also have access to a backup internet connection and computer in case something goes wrong.
Absolutely. We believe you should have the final say. We shortlist candidates based on your requirements and provide you with their profiles for review. You can then interview the candidates you like and choose the person who feels like the right fit for your business, working style and needs.
The decision of whether or not you want the employee to work on public holidays in the United States is entirely up to you. Keep in mind some employees will request days off for their own public holidays and ask for time to make up for the missed hours.
As the contract dictates, you will only pay your VA for the hours they work – no sick or holiday pay will be paid. However, most companies will allow them to work extra hours before or after an event in order to make up for the lost time and missed hours.
The cost of a virtual assistant depends on experience and tasks, typically ranging from hourly rates to monthly packages based on workload and skill level.
Your VA will be required to provide us with the overtime hours when they are completed. Any overtime worked will be billed at the normal hourly rate and agreed upon with you before you begin.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard. You will not be charged extra for using a credit card.
You will be charged in your local currency, USD, AUD, GBP, NZD, CAD, EUR, etc.
Payments are made monthly as a subscription. Payments are made on the same date each month on the day before your VA starts work. You will receive a receipt for your payment.
A contract can be terminated with just 30 days notice. Your VA must also give 30 days notice to leave a contract. We are always ready to recruit for you.
Your Virtual Assistant works as an extension of your team, with clear responsibilities, agreed priorities and regular communication. We encourage clients to set expectations from the start and maintain regular check-ins, just as they would with an in-house team member. Our team is also available to provide support and help address any concerns that may arise along the way.
